Delete your MaxPresence account
You can delete your account yourself from inside the app, which takes effect immediately. If you have already uninstalled it, use the request route below.
From the app (immediate)
- Open MaxPresence and sign in.
- Go to Profile.
- Tap Delete my account, and confirm.
If you no longer have the app
Email us from the address your account uses, asking for your MaxPresence account to be deleted. We verify the request with your employer's administrator before acting on it, so that nobody can delete someone else's account, and we complete it within 30 days.

Removed immediately: your name, email address, phone number, job title and photo; your password and any linked Google account; your registered phone and its signing key; your notification tokens. You are signed out everywhere and cannot sign in again.
Kept, with your name removed: the record of the days you attended. Those records belong to your employer, who needs them for payroll and has to keep them for a period set by law. The remaining record cannot be used to identify you by name.
